I have been busily preparing another raft of recipes for next winter and spring. I feel very fortunate to have had my daughter Lucy ably assisting me in the kitchen these last six months. In fact I would have to reluctantly say she has been responsible for perfecting the majority of the recipes recently. It has been an absolute joy for me to have someone to help me, who has a passion for cooking. She did a cookery course several years ago followed up by work in a restaurant in Oxford so she comes with some skills, ideas and experience. Perhaps we should be calling it Lucy’s Kitchen.
